Welcome to my sacred space! I am Kate, and I am honored to be your guide on this transformative journey through the realms of kundalini energy. My path as a Kundalini facilitator has been a a vibrant tapestry woven from personal experiences, spiritual awakenings and a deep passion to help humanity.
My journey
My journey started as a child. I forever had endless questions about the world and our reality. I believe that I was in tune with my higher consciousness. However, I had no guidence and nowhere to look for support ad as i grew up I found myself suppressing that part of myself, not knowing where I could put that energy.
Six years ago my life took a big turn around. My family and I made a big move to the beautiful Island of Lanzarote and it is there that I began to truely find myself. It began with exercise and a healthier lifestyle and meeting people who had similar beliefs as me. Suddenly, I was introduced to Kundalini, it blew my mind away. The energy began working straight away, I am very visual and I began to have visions of my past lives, spirit guides and much more. I discovered profound potenial within myself. This awakening was not just a personal transformation, it ignited a fire within me to share this sacred experience with others.
My Philosophy
I believe that each of us is a unique expression of the devine, carrying the keys to our own liberation. My role as a facilitator is to create a safe and nurturing environment where you can freely surrender to the Kundalini energy, clear any emotional blockages that your body is holding on to and unleash your true potential. I want to build a community of support and guidence, where together we can heal and grow. I invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
What I offer
In the sessions, the process will be fully explained to you at the beginning. All you have to do is lie down with your eyes closed and surrender to the energy. The music with take you on a journey of a lifetime. Whether you are seeking to foster creativity, release blocked emotions and heal or to connect with your higher self. My intention is to guide you gently as you navigate the awakening process, honoring you individual pace and path. I will hold the space for a safe and nurturing awakening.
